This in-person event is all about good vibes, great yoga, and community spirit. Whether you're a yoga pro or just looking to try something new, come build strength with us and help make a difference. The Cause: The Speed Project is an unsanctioned, nonstop relay race that pushes physical and mental limits while building deep community.
NYC HERizons is a women-led collective using running and movement to create visibility, strength, and opportunity for women in endurance sports.
