Running started as a way for me to heal, but it quickly became a way for me to grow. What began as one small step forward turned into miles that built strength, discipline, and self-belief. Running is my reminder that I can do hard things—that forward motion, no matter how slow, is still progress. It's where I've learned resilience, gratitude, and how powerful it is to simply keep going.

I'm running The Speed Project to prove that limits are often self-imposed and that women are capable of far more than they've been told. This race is about courage, community, and showing up boldly especially when the path feels uncertain. My hope is that other women see this and feel empowered to take up space, chase big goals, and trust their own strength.

Why The Speed Project

Being part of The Speed Project feels bigger than a race; it feels like stepping into something fearless. To me, it represents grit, trust, and the power of women pushing past comfort zones together. I'm excited to be part of a team that embraces the unknown, supports one another through every mile, and proves that we are stronger together than we ever are alone.

Building Community

Running has connected me to some of the most supportive, inspiring people in my life, people who show up not just for miles, but for each other. Through this experience I hope to build a space where people feel seen, encouraged, and empowered to chase goals that scare them. Community turns individual strength into something unstoppable, and that's the kind of energy I want to help create.
